The three were all found at a home on the 5100 block of Cannon Bluff Drive in Woodbridge around 7:15 a.m., county police said.
Officers immediately provided first aid until fire and rescue personnel arrived on scene. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene while both men were taken to an area hospital where they died from their injuries.
The individuals were determined to be family members and the altercation was contained to the home.
Detectives were investigating the incident to determine the course of events leading up to the call to police by the older male occupant.
The identities of the three individuals will be released pending notification of a next-of-kin.
